1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to airfare fluctuations, currency changes, supplier revisions, or government taxes.
• Full payment must be completed before travel unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Pricing

• All prices are quoted in INR unless specified otherwise.
• Prices may vary due to peak season, blackout dates, or supplier changes.
• Any increase in government taxes or fuel surcharge will be borne by the client.

3. Travel Documents

• Clients are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, permits, and ID proof.
• Yellow Diaries is not responsible for denied boarding, visa rejection, or entry refusal.

4. Changes & Amendments

• Any amendment in itinerary is subject to availability and additional charges.
• Date changes may attract reissue charges as per airline/hotel policies.

5. Liability

• Yellow Diaries acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transporters, visa agencies).
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural disasters, political issues, or force majeure events.

6. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
• Yellow Diaries is not responsible for medical emergencies, loss of baggage, or travel interruptions.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for any failure or delay due to natural calamities, war, pandemic, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
