Flight Tickets Terms and Conditions

  1. Airline Terms and Conditions: The flight tickets you book through Yellow Hospitality and Tourism Pvt Ltd are governed by the terms and conditions of the airline you choose. This includes their policies on cancellations, refunds, and changes to your flight. We act as an intermediary to help you book flights, but the contract for flying is always between you and the airline.Note: Airlines may change flight schedules, routes, or cancel flights without prior notice to us. We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by such changes or cancellations.
  2. Baggage Allowance: Baggage allowance depends on the airlines rules, which may vary. Some tickets may only include hand baggage, and you might need to pay extra for checked baggage. We recommend contacting the airline directly for the latest baggage policies and charges.
  3. Code Share Flights: Some airlines have partnerships (called code share) with other airlines. This means the airline you book with might not be the one operating the flight. We’ll inform you if your flight is a code-share flight during the booking process, if disclosed to us.
  4. Pricing: The price includes the base fare, taxes, and service charges. Full payment confirms your booking. Unpaid bookings may be canceled.Infant Fares: Infants (under 24 months) must remain under this age for the whole trip. Separate child tickets are needed for return journeys beyond this age.
  5. Travel Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure you have all required documents (passport, visa, ID, etc.). If travel is disrupted due to missing documents, Yellow Hospitality and Tourism Pvt Ltd is not liable.
  6. Check-in Details: Check-in typically starts 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights. Bring valid identification, a passport, and age proof for children or infants.
  7. No-show or Missed Flights: Missing the onward flight or failing to show up will lead to cancellation of the entire booking. Airlines may impose penalties for no-shows.
  8. Changes to Bookings: Changes to bookings may incur charges from the airline and a service fee from us. Fees depend on the airline’s rules and ticket type.
  9. Refund Policy: Refunds are governed by the airline policies. Refunds are processed after the airline credits us. Non-refundable fees (e.g., convenience fees) will not be returned. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Hotel Terms and Conditions

  1. Role of Yellow Hospitality and Tourism Pvt Ltd: We act as a booking platform for accommodations. Hotel details are provided by the hotels themselves. Issues arising from discrepancies must be addressed directly with the hotel.
  2. Hotel Information & Terms: Bookings are subject to hotel availability. If a hotel denies check-in due to overbooking or other reasons, we may offer alternatives or a refund. Denied check-ins for reasons like local policies or lack of ID are non-refundable.
  3. Responsibilities of the User:- Guests are responsible for property damage caused during their stay. - The primary guest must be 18+ years old. - Valid ID proof is mandatory at check-in. - Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges.
  4. Additional Charges by the Hotel: The booking price includes stay and specified meals. Additional services (room service, internet, etc.) are charged by the hotel. Special event surcharges (e.g., Christmas) may apply.
  5. Payment and Additional Fees:- Prepaid bookings must be fully paid upfront. - Pay-at-hotel bookings require valid payment details. - Some banks may charge fees for international payments. Contact your bank for details.
